Facility
We are a full featured Health facility located in Campbell, CA. We are right across the Downtown Campbell Railway Station. We are a block away from the Los Gatos Creek Trail. We have our own private parking space with free rapid 240-V electric car charging station for members.
We have separate men’s and women’s changing rooms and bathrooms. We have cubby holes for temporary storage of personal items and gym bags.

All members have their health and progress measured and tracked by the Deep Health® Device. This unique technology, only available to large insurance companies so far, is a free perk to Silicon Valley Oyama Karate members.

DOJO WITH HEALTH CENTER
We are a unique “Wellness Dojo.” Our focus is on Mind, Body and Spirit. We have a toning, stretching, conditioning and exercise area with a gym. In addition to great weather and easy access to the 9.7 mile Los Gatos Creek Trail, we have indoor treadmills, stair climbers and stationary bicycles in case of inclement weather (removed due to Covid).
BODY CONDITIONING
Heavy punching bags, custom made conditioning equipment strengthens and conditions your body beyond belief.
YOGA AND STRETCHING ARENA
We have a formal pliability and flexibility area with Sand Bells, Stretch Bar, Yoga Straps, Rope pulleys, Dharma Yoga Wheels, Trapeze Yoga Swings and instructors to help you.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Gymnastic Rings, Pull-Up Bars, Free Weights, Smith Machines, TRX Band Stations and Resistance Training are part of the program to make you the strongest, healthiest and fittest you can be!
Deep Stretch
This unique focus fully stretches tissues in your body. Beginners usually are stiffer and cannot stretch very far. Advanced students are pliable and can stretch further more rapidly.
At the end of each session participants should feel relaxed, supple and have significantly less aches and pain.
Supple Mobility
Your body is designed to move. This focus on loosening your core and getting you mobile 360 degrees is essential for health and longevity. Walking, dancing and martial arts becomes easier and more enjoyable. It is tremendously beneficial for people who feel stiff or are having difficulty moving.
Kyokushin™ Karate Classes
These are the Kyokushin Karate classes that are taught-
KIDS JUNIOR CLASS
Beginner and intermediate classes for children 6 to 16 years old. White Belts to Green Belts.
KIDS ADVANCED CLASS
Intermediate and advanced classes for children 6 to 18 years old. Green Belts to Black Belts.
ADULTS JUNIOR CLASS
Beginner and intermediate classes for adults over 18 years old. White Belts to Green Belts.
ADULTS ADVANCED CLASS
Intermediate and advanced classes for adults18 years old. Green Belts to Black Belts.
WEAPONS CLASS
Classes dedicated towards the training of Bo (long stick), Tonfa, Sai and Nunchaku.
KATA CLASS
Classes dedicated specifically for the training of unique pre arranged fighting sequences called “katas”. Oyama Karate Katas are precursors for actual combat and are a great way to get into fighting shape without physical contact.
SPARRING CLASS
Most regular classes have some time dedicated for “kumite” or free sparring. Sparring classes are dedicated exclusively to hone the skills for free fighting.
